In the highly competitive hotel industry, hardware facilities such as hotel furniture have become a key factor in enhancing core competitiveness. Generally speaking, hotels of different grades are equipped with furniture of varying specifications and quality. Take the well-known star-rated hotels as an example, the furniture quality between one-star hotels and platinum five-star hotels is vastly different; even within the same hotel, there are significant gaps in furniture configuration between guest rooms of different grades.
The standard configuration of hotel guest room furniture is generally 13 pieces per set, including: 2 headboards (with middle connecting boards), 2 bed frames, 1 nightstand/electric control cabinet, 1 guest room table, 1 dressing mirror, 1 dressing stool, 1 TV cabinet, 1 luggage cabinet/rack, 2 armchairs/circular chairs, and 1 small coffee table. Among them, hotels rated four-star and above usually have additional furniture such as dressing chairs in guest rooms; five-star hotels can also add bed benches, sofas and other configurations according to needs. However, budget hotels focus on practicality in guest room furniture, emphasizing the design concept of multi-functional use of a single item.
There are obvious differences in furniture procurement logic between guest rooms of different grades, as detailed below:
【Standard Room】 Also known as "twin room with private bathroom", it is mainly found in three-star to five-star hotels. Such rooms usually account for more than 75% of the total number of guest rooms in a hotel. The furniture configuration of standard rooms adheres to the principle of simplicity and practicality, meeting the basic accommodation needs of travelers.

【Suite/Deluxe Room】 An upgraded room type compared to standard rooms, which can be divided into two-room suites, three-room suites, four-room suites, etc., according to space size. In addition to the bedroom, it usually has functional areas such as a living room, dining area, office area, bar, and entertainment area. Some apartment-style suites are also equipped with a kitchen. The furniture configuration of such room types focuses more on style creation and decorative effects, forming a distinct difference from standard rooms and economy rooms.

【Presidential Suite】 As the name implies, it is the top-tier guest room in a hotel used to receive distinguished guests such as foreign heads of state and important business representatives, and it also represents the highest grade of the hotel. The room type usually includes two bedrooms (a master bedroom and a secondary bedroom, each with an independent bathroom), and is equipped with multi-functional areas such as a leisure and entertainment hall, a reception room, and a meeting room. The internal facilities are extremely comfortable and fully functional—including central air conditioning, cable and satellite TV, domestic and international direct-dial phones, and also provides broadband Internet access and other exclusive entertainment and service facilities.
